主要工作职责MAIN PURPOSE AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES：

1. Responsible for technical support and service of overseas market.
2. You will be working with a team of experts in their field who have a track record of developing markets and achieving year on year sales targets.
3. You will be a key contributor to achieving our goals in your region by being a technical expert in our portfolio of solar photovoltaic inverters, energy storage systems and EV chargers.
4. In a customer facing role you will establish, and develop strong and synergistical relationships with key stakeholders in Solplanet´s distributor, installer and/or EPC network.
5. In collaboration with the sales director and sales team, you will maintain customer relationships, develop and strengthen their loyalty and gain their trust by providing a high quality of technical support that provides unique value to the customer.
6. You will hold customer trainings face-to-face and online, create and manage local technical documentation, establish a knowledge data base, and represent Solplanet at exhibitions and trade fairs.
7. You will support the local sales team and customers with all technical questions relating to inverters and also with PV plant design.
8. With your technical knowledge and your understanding of the competitive landscape you will proactively provide input to Solplanet´s roadmap of new product developments in collaboration with our Head of International Business Strategy.
9. You will assist our customers with after-sales related topics where you will work closely with Solplanet´s service team and service partners in reginal market.
10. You will be the frontline contact window for customers through phone call in native language, respond to inquires and failures, provide solution to customers.
11. Upon need, you will compile technical files, make technical videos in local language.

相关经验和资质要求RELEVANT EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS：

• 学历EDUCATION：A technical background with a bachelor’s degree from a University or Technical College, preferably in Electrical, Renewable, Photovoltaic Engineering or similar.
• 语言LANGUAGE：Native language (Swedish or Danish) is a must; Business fluent in English.
• 知识&了解范围KNOWLEAGE：Knowledge of the technical requirements for PV, energy storage systems, EV Chargers in the distribution and/or utility scale segments, including product specifications, grid code requirements, competitive landscape, tender requirements.
• 工作经验EXPERIENCES：Prior work experience in a PV related industry is not necessary but will be an advantage.
• 其他OTHER：Good ability in speech and presentation. Skillful in office software and engineering software such as PVsyst, PVsol, AutoCAD, etc.
